Tram track

The end of the TILLIG tram track assortment.

Tram track assortment has been a permanent and interesting part of the TILLIG assortment since 2006. During this time, we have optimised the composition of the range and refined the appearance of the surfaces, while at the same time constantly working on improvements in production technology.

Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to achieve the latter as desired. In particular, the use of the hollow profile in conjunction with the changeover from tinplate (which is not corrosion-resistant) to nickel silver sheet (which is more difficult to process) repeatedly presented our production with technical problems and also led to increasing wear on the bending tools.

Unfortunately, it no longer seemed possible to continue production, so we had to withdraw the TILLIG tramway track from our programme.
