Spare parts

During the daily operation of the model railway the odd mounting part can get lost. Or the locomotives or wagons are damaged by an “operational accident”. TILLIG Modellbahnen has a large spare parts in store for such cases.

Spare parts that you require can be easily ordered from our service team. To do this, please make use of the “Spare parts' order" option using the prepared form or send us a written order. Please note that the delivery of spare parts is only in "normal household" quantities. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept spare parts orders by telephone during the technical hotline.

The spare part numbers are recorded in the respective operating instructions or spare parts list that accompany the models. If you do not have them to hand, then you can also search for the corresponding model in the product database. The operating instructions and/or spare parts list are deposited there, insofar as they are available.

Due to production cycles and long-term production planning, TILLIG spare parts are not always available on stock. Reproductions can take several months.
