• A TT scale model railway only requires approx. 60% of the space of a comparable H0 set-up, but still offers models that can be handled easily and are realistic, which certain compare well in terms of their levels of detail and driving behaviour to H0 large series models without any limitations.

• Due to the ideal 1:120 scale far fewer space-related compromises are called for compared to the H0 scale where a lack of space not infrequently leads to the use of reduced linear scales for the carriages, the construction of tighter radiuses or relatively short platforms.

• On the other hand small details even in the construction of the set itself can be realised much more favourably than in the case of the N nominal scale.
